Visa Pal is a project management and organizational tool designed to help users track their Spain Digital Nomad Visa application process. We provide:
- Task tracking and management
- Document checklists and deadline tracking
- Cost calculation tools
- Resource links and information

The information provided through our service is for general informational purposes only. 4. User Responsibilities

5. Payment and Refunds
Visa Pal is a one-time purchase from £29 for your first visa journey (introductory offer; standard price £59). Additional destinations on the same account are charged from £19 per country. Payment gives you lifetime access to the purchased product(s). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Refunds may be requested by contacting us at hello@visapal.io. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Visa Pal are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visa Pal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the service
- Any errors or omissions in the content
- Unauthorized access to your data
- Visa application outcomes
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information provided will be accurate or complete.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
